Congratulations to our own FRRA referee Cisco Lopez (Miami) on his USA Rugby appointment as an Assistant Referee for the Americas Rugby Championship test match between USA and Chile, which will be played in Ft. Lauderdale on Saturday February 20, 6 PM at Lockhart Stadium. Lauderdale on Saturday February 20, 6 PM at Lockhart Stadium. Cisco was promoted in December to USA Rugby's B Panel of referees and he is also one of the recipients of the 2016 Shanagher Morrison Referee Scholarship to attend Maties Referees Academy in South Africa later this year. Congratulations on that one too! Also we would like to mention the group of Florida Rugby Referees that will assist with all other official duties during the USA Eagles v Chile test match: Roy Monk, Gary Nation, Ross Devonport, Pancho Lopez, Katie McCauley, Rocco Kryns, Jeremy Brown, and John Selden.
