Become a certified Touch Judge and/or Assistant Referee. You must be a member of USA rugby to register for any of the courses. Each course is an online webex evening class or Sunday afternoon class. 

Here is the link to take the course. They must be a member of USA rugby to take the courses as well. Multiple courses will be offered during the year. Registration is limited to 10 students per session.
