Ladies and Gentleman,
Please find attached the roster for the FRUMD11SCC commencing this Saturday.
Unfortunately teams can not compete in the Finals due to the heavy burden of injuries, get well soon lads.
Winning the Grand Final in your State is an achievement tested by pressure and commitment, also helps with
fund-raising.
Invite local businesses to the Grand Final, charge a concession fee, sell food and drinks at the game can
be a good money maker for the club if you are preparing for Nationals.
Rivalry of sports, time for pay back, your club could have been beaten twice during regular
season by the same team and then you turn around and beat them in Finals, makes the beer even sweater and
the best thing about it, you don't have to travel out of your state.
Finals, you must expect to play teams once or twice for a final outcome, winning the covenant GF Trophy
which will be presented to the winning club on the day along with a flag and medallions is awesome.
I know that most of you feel that the season is too long and that other countries have a larger pool of
guys to pull from, that's why their season can run from 16-22 weeks. But I tell you what, their is nothing bigger then
playing in a GF in front of 10-16,000 spectators and televised.
We need to look at a realistic and short term goals to help our clubs and the game grow in Florida.
Win your State Championship Cup, that should be enough incentive to build your club upon, then look towards the Nationals.

Please find attached the home and away South and North Finals.
Congratulations to Naples for wining the home and away South and North Season.
Thanks to all the clubs for being a part of the FRUMD11SCC and hope that we can put together
another great year next season.
For the finals commencing this weekend we are just waiting to hear back from a club to slot into the finals.
At this stage it will be Naples vs Boca at Naples and Krewe with the home game.
I will send out further info once I get confirmation on the Fourth team.

Gentleman,
Attached are the points after the first weekend of cross over.
Krewe is awarded 5 points and Fort Lauderdale have 5 points taken for the forfeit.
Naples are awarded 5 points for the Bay Pelican withdraw.
Orlando had a sounding win againsta spirited team that traveled from Miami Tridents.
Boca had a tough time holding of the fast n furious Daytona boys.
Tight race for the finals.

Gentleman I appreciate your patients.
We have ironed out some wrinkles but are good to for this weekend.
Bay Pelicans, unfortunately due to heavy injuries to players can not compete in the Cross Overs, hope your lads get better Tim.
All South teams that were to compete against the Pelicans will have a bye that weekend and gain 5 points.
Jacksonville RFC will play Miami RFC for the promotion relegation round, they will determined what a good date will be prior to the 9th of March 2013.

| Update on Cross-overs and standings |
| |
Gentleman after receiving all the appropriate paper work for the continuation of a tied game back in November of last year, Orlando Vs Krewe.
It was agreed with both parties that the final outcome 31-24 Orlando was accepted, this changing the standings and promoting Orlando to the number one position from the North.
All club points from home and away will carry over into the cross overs and the 2 clubs with the most points that wish to compete in the Nationals will be determined after the cross overs and not the Finals.
This is our first year with this new system, but I have seen it work in many other Countries and I am sure we will have more teething issues, but as a strong Rugby Community and the support that we all give one another, we can make Florida a competitive and growing rugby State.

Gentleman I have attached the standings after yesterdays matches and the cross over schedule.
Unfortunately the game between Jacksonville and Pelicans was forfeited by JRFC during regular season Jacksonville looses 5points and Pelicans gain 5 points, putting BPRFC into the top 4 from the North.

| Towards the Crossovers |

Lady and Gentleman, Congratulations to those teams making it to the North South Cross Overs. I have attached the standings for D11 as of Sunday the 27th of Feb.
Makes for an interesting weekend.
As you can see anyone of 3 teams from the North have the opportunity of making the North and South Cross Overs.
JRFC, DRFC & BPRFC.
This Sunday we should have a North Vs South Cross Over Roster.
The team that finishes in 5th place of the North will play Miami RFC for promotion relegation game one, this game will be held before the 9th of March.
Who ever finishes on top in the Florida D111 comp will have the opportunity of playing the loosing team from the D11promotion relegation game one.
Game two will be held in March the 9th 2013 to see who will stay in D11 or who will come up to D11 or who ever looses will either stay in D111 or go into the D111 competition for 2013-2014.

| North Vs South Cross Overs. |

For the Florida Rugby Union.
Gentleman Please find attached the scaled roster for the North Vs South Cross Overs.
When the final pool round has been completed then the club names will be slotted into their respected placings.
The final week of the cross overs will determine who has home field advantage.
This is the best scenario we have come up with.
Top 4 teams will then compete in the Florida Rugby Union State Championship Cup commencing March the 16th 2013, with the Major and Minor Semi Finals.
The following week March the 23rd will be the Preliminary Finals and then the Grand Finals March the 30th 2013.
The team that wins the Major Semi Final will have home field advantage for the finals
It is my vision in the future that a neutral field with gate access so that admission can be collected with profits going to the 2 finalist teams.
