| About Weston Rugby Youth Festival |

Good morning Dear Friends,
Our Festival is here and it seems to be that the rain will give us a break!!
As per the attached Schedule of Games, we will have games starting at 10:00am.
We count with your kind cooperation to keep the schedule moving smoothly. We invite you to check the Fields distribution so you will be able to direct your Players to the right place.
We will have two Official Referees for the U16, U14 and U12 games. We would like to ask for volunteers to act as referees for U10 games and also as lineman. (we will provide the flags)
This year, and because of the kind support of Miami Rugby Football Club, we will have two paramedics at the field during games.
9:30 am COACHES MEETING in the center of the Field 1.
9:50 am PICTURE TIME - we will try to get the picture with all participants in the Center of Field 1. If cannot make it, we will try again at 12:15 pm just in between two games.
12:00 - 2:30 SOCIAL - BBQ & Beverages will be provided.
Additionally and any time between 12:00 - 2:30 we will have a little "Recognition Ceremony". This will depend on the development of the games schedule.
In between fields 1 and 2, there will be a Gatorade & Water Station for all Players to refill their own bottles during games. We will have also there a cooler with Ice & Plastic Bags in case someone needs it.
Please invite your people to bring canopies and or beach tents because it will be a sunny day.
