The teams committed to the league competing for this title are the Naples Hammerheads, Orlando Griffins, Miami Rugby, Miami Tridents, Ft. Lauderdale Knights, and the Boca Raton Buccaneers. |

| Clarifications of some rules for the Orange Cup |
| |
From the Florida Rugby Union:
• Only starting 1st XV players count towards the 5 maximum 1st XV players allowed on the Orange Cup team. That means that reserves for 1st XV do not count as a 1st XV Player.
• Visiting players from other organizations may play on an Orange Cup roster (i.e. college players out of season) as long as they are currently CIPP’d and that # is displayed along with a photo on the submitted roster. College players do not need to transfer their cipp for the Orange cup team.
• Roster must be completed and signed by the referee. Then submitted to FRU following the D2 regulations.
