Referee Training and Development:-   Date(s):2/8/2015 - 2/8/2015 Venue: Coral Park Elementary School, Miami, FL ( Miami-Dade County) • Map Main Contact: Jeremy Brown Contact Email: rugbyref0966@gmail.com   In general, the Training and Development concept will take more of a practical nature, allowing us to drill, discuss and practice in plenum some of the arts of refereeing skills with referees of all levels in one place. Obviously, these sessions are not mandatory, at the moment, however we would encourage participation by all so we can perform equally and align basic calls and interpretations where possible. Was FIRA AER / Rugby Europe Panel B referee in 2004 to 2011, development and training officer in Switzerland for 10 years. Took part in various European IRB training sessions as trainer refereed in European Nations Cup games, European U18 and 21 Championships.
