| About FRYU High School Pre-season Tournament |
| |
The first annual FYRU Varsity High School Pre-season Tournament will be played on Saturday January 17th in Pompano Beach. The tournament style has been set up to allow for teams to use it as a low cost warm up event prior to the start of the regular season.
Key Tournament facts:
Each team is guaranteed at least three games.
Games will be 20 minute long with 10 minute halves
Each game has rolling subs
$60 per team entry fee

Teams interested in participating in the tournament please go online to register at http://www.floridayouthrugby.com/pre-season. If you have any questions at all please contact Evan Haigh (evan.haigh15@gmail.com or 407-721-4080). All teams must either complete the registration online or contact me to be entered into the tournament.
In addition to the Tournament USA South U19 camp will be following day at the same venue. It is for all player who are age 16 and up by Jan 1 2015 but they must have been 18 or under prior to Sept. 1 2014. The USA South tourney does not conflict with the RAST in which the FYRU will compete in this summer. The South tourney will be held in Miami this coming July. Attached is the camp flyer. |
